Thursday morning, Reagan and I met some of our mommy friends at Full Circle Yoga in Winter Park for a Mom and Baby Yoga class- the instructor came to one of our "Mommy and Me" classes to talk about the class and we wanted to try it out! It was a lot of fun- Poor Tracy, was unable to get much yoga in (b/c she was feeding Grace), so LUCKY me, she took some pics for the blog for us! Thanks Tracy! :) Funny thing was, that you laid your mat out, and then a mat at the end of yours to put your baby on; but Reagan is ROLLING around all over the place, so I always had to have one hand on her so she wouldn't roll onto the hard floor! HA!All the babies had their moments where they would fuss, need to eat, wale, and or sleep- but the instructor would carry them around for a bit to try to let you get a little bit of a work out in- it was nice! Something I wouldn't have done at home!
