Laugh Out Loud

Kids are what (thankfully) give us all a sense of humor... I believe!
While dumping a hamper full of clothes into the washer, I hear a loud THUD- it's Reagan's, (Poppy's) OLD cell phone!
I had to LAUGH OUT LOUD! I'm sure it wouldn't have been much laughter, had it been one of our phones in the wash! But, it was cute for today! Gotta love kids!

Dr. Phillips Hospital Print Shoot-

Reagan and Gabby were the only kids on set and they loved to play together- at the bottom there is a precious video of the two of them! Thank goodness for Gabby today! ;)
Imagine keeping a curious one year old "safe" in a room that looked like this below! (click on the images to make them bigger to get the BIG picture!)
This was a challenge in itself- not to mention, when they told me to come "clean face" (meaning no makeup) I was wondering "how will you possibly do my makeup with my toddler running around?"- we managed, but this was probably the most UN- CHILDPROOFED room, I've ever seen! LOL

Reagan and I were booked to work a "hospital, pediatrician" photo shoot today for the Dr. Phillips Hospital, and other surrounding hospitals in the area.  Before putting a lot of thought into the commitment I said, "yes." Just to realized this morning that Reagan was going to be a "patient"- call me stupid, but I had no idea we'd be playing Dr today! HA! Anyway, with that being said, Reagan HATES going to Dr. visits, and unfortunately she can't "act" her way through a fake Dr. visit at this age! LOL- Anyway, she DID wonderful and was giving everyone "high fives"- she DID think, however, that she was having a real Dr. visit, and cried a little here and there, but she managed to get some really great pictures for them- and actually the "Dr." lady kept getting all the notes, Reagan and I were "perfect!"  :) Like mother like daughter! LOL- NOT!

Hilarious!

I've been telling my family members how much Reagan is a little "goofball" and is known to make her friends "belly laugh" (words from their mothers),
This video was taken prob two months ago while at lunch with Jen and James, but BLOGGER wasn't posting it for some reason- now that I'm having lots of luck tonight with my video posts, I figured I would post this!... FINALLY, Jen! :)
It is so super cute to watch Reagan and James interacting with each other.  They will be in school together in August- You tell me if you think they won't get into trouble!  :)

Sick.....

While at the beach for the weekend, Reagan got sick for the first time! I could not believe it had to happen while out of town, at the beach!(That is her, asleep under an umbrella at the pool)- Luckily the weather was on our side, and in the mid- 70's so it wasn't too hot, just perfect!

Poor thing- she threw up twice, then had a 102 degree fever for two days!! It was horrible! She was so hot, and miserable the WHOLE time we were there! Then to make matters worse after the crazy fever, she was sick to her stomach.  It just never seemed to end! Plus we had to drive 6 hours with her not feeling well! She was such a sport, though, and had a good time for what it was worth!

**Beach Baby**

Over the weekend, we took a trip to Ft. Walton Beach to see some friends from Alabama, and had a blast, minus the part that Reagan got sick for the first time, and this was the only time we were able to get her having fun outside- Enjoy the cute videos and these priceless faces!

My best friend Kobi and I are planning our annual trip this year to New York, and we have experienced quite some funny memories ALREADY in the planning process! We both enjoy making files of our trips (i.e.- flight info, reservations, confirmations, etc.) (something my Mom taught me!)- so the most recent planning adventure was when we were booking our tickets to go see the show, West Side Story- it just re-opened in March, and the tickets are RARE, and MINIMAL. We had a good time on Ticketmaster, trying to find 3 tickets for the show on the same night- there was nothing available sitting together, so we had to make sure before we booked one, that two others would be available- the challenging thing with Ticketmaster is the "time limit", you only have 2 minutes until it makes you start over, so we spent about 30-45 minutes QUICKLY speeding through our multiple Internet pages to find three close to one another! It was a trip, but we got it done- it stinks that we won't be able to sit together, but we REALLY want to see this show and it has gotten awesome reviews!
We are going to see Mary Poppins, (I'm going to Wicked) and West Side Story!
The other planning adventure was yesterday afternoon while I tried to schedule myself on the same NBC Studio Tour as she is on, and they don't have an extra ticket available on that day and time, so Kobi called the ticket office for the tour while I was on the phone also and we rescheduled the tour for another time so that 3 of us could go together! FHEEEW!
We've decided that we need to go into a travel agency business together!  Although we think it would be more fun if it were strictly a "girls weekend" getaway travel agency!  :)  We are happy that we've got most everything planned and we're looking forward to it!!!

"We slammed them!"

Adam went out fishing a few weekends ago and "they slammed them!"- in other words, they did REALLY good! And caught LOT of fish!
PS- if you're at all squeamish, please don't look at this photo of all the fish- pretty gross!
Anyway, they had a blast, and we all ate A LOT of fish for several days!  It was really yummy!  If it were up to Adam, he would hunt and fish our meals EVERY night!  :)

Shuttle Launch

UGH!  I just spent at least 15 minutes on this particular post, and then realized that the pictures go up backwards!!!!  So, annoying!!!  Please look down then up! ;)

So, this was several weeks ago, but Adam and I took some friends of ours out to New Smyrna Beach for dinner and to watch the (possibly LAST) Shuttle Launch, from the Kennedy Space Center- We really had a great time!  Very Amazing!
The drive was about 1 hr and we weren't in too much traffic driving back- some people sat in traffic for 6 hrs! Thank goodness we didn't have to!
Enjoy the videos, and pictures!

Babysitting with "Aunt Jenny"

Adam went fishing early on Saturday morning and Jenny's husband was out of town so we spent the afternoon together with the kids at an Art Festival and then she babysat her sister's three kids that night!  I went out to dinner with them, and we played all evening and had so much fun! Here were are eating pizza!
Little Jack, Hayley, Carly, Jenny, Carter, and Reagan   (These kids are wonderfully behaved and well-mannered, but it's tough, with this many! Jenny and I often wondered how the Octo-Mom did it, and is going to continue doing it!)  LOL

Reagan picked the T-Shirt..... Sorry Daddy!  :) Jenny's family are HUGE gator fans, and Reagan was having trouble playing in her dress so we put her in a T-shirt, and this is the one she picked! Below are some cute pics of them playing out in the backyard- and this is about 7:30pm and they seem to keep going.... and going..... and going.......  :)
Jenny bought a fun water toy for the backyard since they love to play in the water so much and it seemed like it was just better to drink than play in!

Cheese!!!

Another awesome day at Universal Studios!

We loved the BALL PIT, and I love how colorful these pictures turned out! Too Sweet!
*Please double click this picture above and look at how funny it is that Carter and I are TWINS! EXACTLY TWINS! Hilarious!

Reagan's love for the characters still stands, AS LONG AS SHE IS IN HER STROLLER! If you double click the above picture next to Barney she is GRABBING onto me BIG TIME! As we were walking up to see them, she about jumped out of her stroller, but when I took her out, she was a little hesitant.
In the picture below with Marge Simpson she was happy to hold her hand, while in the stroller. (And she has NEVER seen her before, I can't stand The Simpsons!!, but she loved her! HAHA!)

"Picnic" Lunch

This is a rare sight to find James and Reagan both SITTING together...... STILL!  I thought it was cute that they were both sitting at the little picnic table together like "big kids" eating lunch!
BTW- it's something they will be doing a lot of (together) James' Mom, Jen and I have both signed them up for Mother's Day Out at the Presbyterian Church down the street, starting in August Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:15-12:15.  When we visited the school, all the kids were sitting at a little table painting....... not so sure how they'll ever get her to sit and paint, but good luck to them! HA! (those kids were a little older though, so I'll give them that!)- Anyway, something to look forward to for this summer!!

Legally Blonde The Musical

Tues night I went with a few friends out to see Legally Blonde The Musical.  It was so much fun!  I am officially OBSESSED with the music downloaded off iTunes
I am in the process of planning a trip out to NYC in April to visit my best friend and old Orlando roommate McClain (who lives there) and sight see with my other BFF ;) Kobi.  After seeing this show, I am so excited to go and see a few shows and check out all the awesome NEW YORKer things!  :)
PS- if Legally Blonde is headed your way.... GO!!  It is too cute to miss!

Splash Park

"She wore an ITTY BITTY TEENIE WEENIE YELLOW POLK DOT BIKINI"
(Please ignore the big snot bubbles in the photo above!).. haha!

Reagan and I have had our share of the Splash Park this week!  We went one day with our friends Heather and Emma, and then another day with Carter and Jenny.  Reagan and is HUGE fan of the water now, and it is so funny to watch her yell and laugh at the kids running through the water- she tends to get caught up in the middle of a "splash" during a distraction from all that is going around her! This video is proof of us both being caught of guard! (So it's a bit wobbly)-
We had a wonderful time with all of our friends, we definitely know where we will be spending most of our summer fun........ the WATER!!!!

"9-1-1 What's your Emergency?"

THIS JUST SAYS IT ALL
...... give up?! Reagan DIALED 911 on Saturday afternoon!!!!!  I let her play with the land line phone all the time, and it's crossed my mind a time or two but, I NEVER thought it would ACTUALLY happen!!!  She was playing with the phone while Adam was getting ready to leave to play golf, and I remember taking the phone from her while we walked him outside, our next step was taking a bath, and there was a LOUD, BANGING sound at the front door,  I thought it would be Adam and opened it up to find TWO police at my front door!  I had the look of confusion and terror on my face, wondering was could be going on around us, and they said, " we got a call......very muffled sounding....." and I interrupted them and said, "Oh My Gosh, my daughter called 911!!!" I closed the door and ran to get her so they could see the little thing that dialed the number, and one of the guys said, " you're big enough to call 911?!" Smiling and relieved we weren't in danger, I promised them it wouldn't happen again!     Can you believe it!?  LOL!

"I think I Can.." "I think I Can" "I think I Can"

I thought this would be a funny collage of photos, interpreting how she gets into the backyard.

It clearly is a LARGE step, but with some determination, we manage to make it out the door!

5K Special Olympics Run

Saturday we ran in a 5K race benefiting the Special Olympics.  Adam's company was one of the many sponsors and all of his work "team" came and ran!  We borrowed a jogging stroller for Reagan and got up at the CRACK OF DAWN (literally seeing the sunrise) to being the race! We obviously weren't in it to "win"- and as Adam liked to say, "his excuse was having the baby." (Even though we saw a Dad with a DOUBLE jogging stroller pass us)- We still did OK- but had a lot of fun, and Reagan especially loved when we RAN and didn't WALK!  :)  She was motivation for all of us who wanted to slack off, she would clap, and cheer!  She is such a little cheerleader!  I love her so much!!
We enjoyed this family time and exercise on this beautiful Saturday morning, I'd like to start doing more races in the future!

Ballerina Baby!!

When we were in Atlanta visiting Adam's family, Alyson passed down this pink tutu and leotard for Reagan to play in.  It is really tiny, so I knew it wouldn't fit Reagan for long. So, one day before Adam got home from work, I thought we'd surprise him with this little Ballerina Baby!

(This one's for you, Izzy. I know you always like these funny faces Reagan makes- and this one to me, is a very mischievous look ....... I've begun to see often!)
