Reagan has always been very independent on what SHE wants to do (which is very much like her mommy) :) So, as of Sunday morning- she no longer wanted to nurse. Most of you may remember that she began refusing a bottle around 4 weeks old- which made it very difficult for me (having to be the one to feed her ALWAYS)- but as of this past weekend, she decided she wanted to do it herself and feed herself with a bottle! WOW! God is Great- b/c she was starting to BITE a lot while feeding! OUCH! :) She will continue to drink breast milk until a year, but only by bottle or sippy cup!

You should be very proud of yourself for nursing as long as you did (Reagan wanted) haha. But seriously! Really proud! The next step you take will be the for the best and in God's hands. It isn't anything you have done or haven't done. It is all up to R. Don't stop offering her the breast you never know when that little independent mind of hers will change.
